New Patients  -  What Can I Expect?

Going to the Chiropractor is a new experience for many of us. Maybe we've heard through a friend or have done some research online. It's possible that you are just fed up with living in pain and it's time to do something about it. In either case, your first visit to the chiropractor will really be about getting to know the chiropractor and discussing your history, current condition and goals.
As with any doctor's visit, you'll start by finishing some new patient paperwork. Upon meeting with the doctor, you'll discuss your concerns and expectations as well as have the chance to ask any questions you may have. We will perform a physical examination and most likely take a few x-rays to see what your current state is. Once this is complete, we'll take a look at the overall results of our conversation and the exams. Together, we'll come up with a plan of action which will begin when you are completely satisfied and ready to move forward.

  • Our Ideal Patient

We believe that for you to succeed with our chiropractic or physical  therapy care, it is essential to establish a synergistic relationship,  where we both achieve more together than we could on our own. Please  review our ideal patient characteristics to determine if what we deliver is what you’re looking to find:

    • Willingness to consider a natural strategy to manage and eventually eliminate the condition
    • Belief that it’s possible to resolve issues without pharmaceutical drugs
    • Readiness to change your diet to achieve a desirable outcome
    • Open to trying a complete nutritional cleanse
    • Understand health is one’s most precious asset
    • Trust in chiropractic and/or physical therapy to being the solution

In summary, if you are ready to commit to living a life of health and wellness (even if it means abandoning your current lifestyle choices and adapting new ones), then we are absolutely right for you, as we will do everything we can to empower you to make your life more ALIVE than ever before. We are excited about the possibility of helping you!

  • Chiropractic and Physical Therapy

Dynamic Rehab and Spine uses both. Why? Because research has proven the  combination of both treatments together quickens recovery and costs less. Many Chiropractors practice what we call the rack-em and crack-em method of Chiropractic. They concentrate on manipulating joints while ignoring the muscles, tendons and ligaments attached to the joints.  These are the Chiropractic clinics who have patients returning for dozens of treatments.

Physical Therapy uses passive and active modalities as well as tissue  manipulation to treat injury to the ligaments, tendons and muscles.  However most PT’s ignore the joints attached to the soft tissue.

At Dynamic Rehab and Spine we provide both Physical Therapy and  Chiropractic. We recognize joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments all  work together, get injured together and therefore must be treated  together. We don’t just massage muscles or slap electric stim on you and call it therapy. We use techniques such as Electrical Muscle  Stimulation, Ultrasound, Active Release, Graston and Myofascial Release  to passively treat soft tissue injuries while providing gentle  Chiropractic treatments. We also have our personal trainers help patient perform therapeutic exercises and actively treat muscles and joints to  quickly get you back to health.

Our multiple services and providers make Dynamic Rehab and Spine like no other clinic in the Fredericksburg / Chantilly areas.
